my story
Returning to Sustained Balance
I’ve been teaching yoga for over five years and practicing personally for six. Like many, I first came to yoga for movement and mindfulness, but I never imagined how profoundly it would transform my life—especially in the moments when I needed it most.
In late 2022, after years of teaching, I found myself completely overwhelmed. I was constantly exhausted, burnt out from the pace of life and the demands I was juggling. At the time, I was looking to expand my yoga toolbox—thinking I needed new skills to support my students. What I didn’t realize was that I needed these tools even more for myself.

That’s when I stumbled upon a Yoga Therapy program. It was a turning point. Through this journey, I learned practical, effective ways to balance energy and restore the nervous system. I began to truly understand the nuances of yoga—when to use energizing practices, when to focus on rest, and how to skillfully match yoga to life’s changing demands.

Alongside the yoga therapy program, I independently dove deeply into yoga philosophy, teaching myself how to apply its wisdom to everyday life. This helped me manage my energy, make wiser lifestyle choices, and slowly bring myself back into balance. But life has its way of teaching us in layers.
At the end of 2024, I faced burnout again. This time, I uncovered a missing link in my journey: alignment. I realized that to prevent burnout, I needed to know what was truly aligned with my nature, my values, and my purpose. Without this clarity, no amount of rest or practice could bring lasting balance. This insight inspired me to create a simple, practical yoga philosophy tool to help identify personal alignment.
It was life-changing—not just for me, but for many of my clients who have used it in workshops, trainings, and private sessions. If you’re ready to experience balance in your life again and to reconnect with what truly matters to you, I invite you to join my upcoming trainings or book a private session. I’d love to support you on your journey.
